Basketball Team
PS 88Q is thrilled to continue our Grade 5 Basketball Team, open to all fifth-grade students who are eager to showcase their skills and sportsmanship or to just learn! Our team has the opportunity to travel to other schools in District 24, offering an exciting opportunity for students to engage in healthy competition and build lasting friendships.
Practices are held before school, ensuring that students can balance their academic responsibilities with their athletic pursuits. Under the expert guidance of Coaches Mr. Nolan and Mr. Tripotseris, team members will develop their basketball abilities, teamwork, and leadership skills.
Joining the Grade 5 Basketball Team is a fantastic way for students to stay active, learn the value of discipline and perseverance, and represent PS 88Q with pride. We look forward to an exciting season filled with growth, fun, and camaraderie.
